a young man from India born on exactly 30th February ?-Telugucircle

                  A man in Ludhiana in Punjab state was born on 30th FEB.Because of this now facing extreme problems.don't think madly how he was born on 30th Feb?. actually he didn't born on 3oth but government officers in Ludhiana made that. a young man named Harman Teeth was born on 20th Feb 1995 instead of that government offices made mistake as wrote his birth date as 30th Feb 1995.

                   



               Hand made certificate of his document has been signed by three officers of health family welfare individuals.still in these none of officials didn't not recognize that mistake.for this officials mistake he couldn't write 12th class exams and even he could not apply for passport also and facing many problems he said.he requesting the officials to make justice to him.
