                      For this purpose Reliance com(RCOM) wrote a letter to the Telecom department. Reliance announce the offer for ,who will get the Reliance jio Focus offer after one week, they give 10GB of free data to the users. 

                                  This offer will work for CDMA  mobile users , only these users will convert to 4G under the plan of Reliance jio Focus. These data packs are works in 12 Circles,and every circle has some changes in costs said by Reliance.. These circle costs changes from 93 to 97.
